Caris LOTS - is a universal software dealing with the design of the SEA BORDER developped by CARIS, a Canadia based company, using the LOTS (Law of the sea) 1958 and 1982 as the basic principle.
BG - British Group, energy company of London base introduce this software to the RGC and organized a seminar entitled, Solution to the Sea Border issues, 24-25 Jul 07, InterCon.
Currently Cambodia doesnt delimit yet its sea border with Thailand, nor Vietnam. JDA and Historical Water Zone are now still be tools for peace and coexistence with both neighbors while the maritime limitation line is still in negotiation and to be demarcated.
